Ltd was originally formed in 1989 as a provider of lighting maintenance
to UK businesses. In 1997, CLM Ltd was awarded the OGC (Office of
Government Commerce) buying.solutions framework contract after a
lengthy and demanding tender process. This saw the business established
as a preferred supplier to over 20,000 government organisations
for electrical safety services. A year later, the NHS awarded CLM
Ltd their PASA (Purchasing and Supply Agency) framework based on
quality and value for money. These contracts cemented the business’s
status as industry leader and CLM Ltd is still the only UK business
to hold both of these prestigious frameworks simultaneously.
