University of the West of England
Andrew has a wealth of procurement experience in a career spanning
over 30 years. Currently, he is Head of Oracle’s procurement
applications for the UK. Previously, he was Vice President of Supply
Management for Honeywell across Europe. This covered 14 factories,
over 50 sales offices and 23 countries with a total external spend
in excess of $5 billion. He spends much of his time advising purchasing
managers in both the public and private sectors on strategic and
operational aspects of procurement. Andrew initiated the highly
successful I-series of research projects with CIPS and the University
of the West of England. A sought-after speaker, he is a Visiting
Professor at the University of the West of England’s Bristol
Business School where he lectures and carries out research on purchasing
and supply chain-related matters.
